St. Johns County Ocean & Fishing Pier and kid's Splash Park at the Pier are just north of us about a 10 minute walk away. It's an excellent place to relax while fishing or sightseeing.
The Pier
The Pier Gift Shop offers food, drinks, ice cream, souvenirs, bait & fishing equipment rentals, sunscreen, beach toys, beach chair and umbrella rentals, etc. There is also a Visitor Information Center located inside the Gift Shop which is a great resource for of information regarding all that St. Augustine has to offer. The park also offers lighted beach volleyball courts, restroom facilities, picnic tables and a covered pavilion. At the Pavilion, the Pier holds many community events throughout the year including arts and crafts shows, concerts, a farmer’s market and other festivals. For safety reasons, there's no surfing or swimming permitted within 400 ft of the pier.

The Splash Park at the Pier and Playground
Free Parking, Free splashing! This wonderful splash park offers visitors covered picnic tables, seating, a large covered playground, and direct access to the St. Augustine Beach and Pier. There is an area to rinse off the sand before you enter the park if you are coming from the beach. You will also find restrooms and water fountains available to the public.
